An educational event dedicated to International Human Rights Day was held at Baku Eurasian University (BAAU), emphasizing the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goal 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions. Students and faculty members actively took part in the event, featurig vibrant discussions on social justice, democratic rights, and the need for strong, accountable governance.

During the event, Associate Professor Dr. Sayyad Majidov, a lecturer at BAAU; as well as lecturers from Baku State University—Dr. Shahin Mammadrzali, Director of Baku Mediation Organization No. 1, and Associate Professor Dr. Alovsat Allahverdiyev—delivered presentations highlighting the significance of Human Rights Day. The presenters empathized the significance of human rights, the rule of law, and legal systems in the fight against corruption, violence, and injustice.
