It is clear that achieving true inclusivity means continuously improving and updating accessibility in all aspects—physical, digital, academic, and social. Baku Eurasian University puts a lot of effort to maintain accessibility. There are several things that BAAU have done so far:
- Ensuring step-free access to university building and facilities;
- Designating accessible parking spaces near;
- Maintaining wide, smooth pathways with tactile paving for visually impaired students;
- Providing gentle-sloped ramps;
- Providing lifts for people with disabilities;
- Having wheelchair-friendly restrooms;
- Using accessible e-learning materials (screen-reader compatible, structured headings, adjustable font sizes).;
- Providing assistive technology support like screen readers, speech-to-text tools, and magnifiers;
- Offering printed materials in alternative formats (Braille, large print, audio);
- Allowing flexible attendance and assignment submission policies for students with chronic health issues;
- Offering support with facilities such as visually impaired keyboards;
- Training all faculty and administrative staff in disability awareness and inclusion;
- Regularly reviewing policies for compliance with national/international disability standards.
