There are several targeted support services that Baku Eurasian University offers to students and staff with disabilities to enhance inclusion, equity, and success.

• Individual learning plans (ILPs): Personalized academic accommodations based on each student's needs.
• Lecture recording & captioning: For students with hearing loss or processing difficulties.
• Alternative assessments: Flexible exam formats (e.g., extra time, oral exams, typed responses).
• One-on-one academic coaching: For executive functioning, time management, and writing support.

• Tech lending programs: Laptops, tablets, screen readers, speech-to-text tools.

• Dedicated mental health counselors trained in supporting disabled students.
• Disability and well-being peer circles or support groups.

• Pre-entry transition support: Orientation before semester starts, including campus tours and introductions to support staff.

When it comes to Career Preparation and Employability Support, some targeted support services should be mentioned:

• Inclusive internships & work placements: With accessible tasks, mentorship, and flexible work options.
• CV clinics & mock interviews: Tailored for students with disability disclosure needs.

BAAU offers accessible accommodation and campus life.

Dedicated DEI and Disability Services Officer: her responsibilities cover academic accommodations, disability advocacy, awareness campaigns, staff training. Also, she provides one-on-one case management for complex needs.

Regular feedback surveys are conducted so that University can gather insights from students, staff to evaluate and improve the quality, accessibility, and effectiveness of their services.
