The “Volunteer Internship Program” initiated by the Career and Training Center of Baku Eurasian University continues successfully, promoting gender equality, women’s participation, and youth empowerment in line with the principles of sustainable development.
Within the framework of the first Volunteer Internship Program, two of our female students — Adila Musayeva and Fargana Ajamova — who successfully passed the interview stage, completed a three-month internship in their respective fields, contributing to women’s economic empowerment and equal access to professional growth opportunities.
Adila Musayeva, working at the Career and Training Center, actively participated in the center’s projects, developed her organizational and leadership skills, and demonstrated professionalism in teamwork and communication, showing the importance of female participation in the labor market.
Fargana Ajamova gained valuable experience in the Foreign Students Affairs Department, supporting international cooperation and inclusive education. She worked on strengthening relations with foreign and non-binary students, managed documentation and coordination tasks, and contributed to the creation of a safe, inclusive, and gender-sensitive work environment.
Both students stood out for their sense of responsibility, initiative, and eagerness to learn and successfully completed the internship program.
As part of the “II Volunteer Internship Program – 2025”, newly selected volunteer students have already joined the initiative for the 2025–2026 academic year. The program aims to enhance youth employment, equal labor opportunities, and sustainable economic growth through green jobs, inclusive teamwork, and gender-sensitive mentorship.
