On May 12, Baku Eurasian University hosted a seminar on “Boundaries and Healthy Communication in Relationships”, organized by the Career and Training Center and presented by Vusale Amiraslanova, Chairperson of the “Aheng Psychological Development and Support” Public Union, a renowned psychologist and trainer.

The seminar, held in the university’s conference hall, was attended by BAAU’s academic staff and administrative personnel. Key topics included establishing personal boundaries, principles of effective communication, and maintaining psychological well-being.

Vusale Amiraslanova employed an interactive approach to make the seminar engaging and informative. Participants explored real-life examples, case studies, and practical exercises, allowing them to gain a deeper understanding of the subject matter. Throughout the session, active discussions were encouraged, and participants had the opportunity to ask questions and receive professional guidance.
