As part of its cooperation with the Chartered Culture and Education Institute (CCEI), based in the United States, an informative session on “Career and Life Design” was held at Baku Eurasian University (BAAU) with the participation of Mr. Vasif Eyvazzade, Founder and Chairman of the Board of CCEI.
The event was attended by the university’s academic and administrative staff as well as students.
In her opening remarks, Associate Professor Sevda Rzayeva, Vice-Rector for International Relations, welcomed the guest and emphasized that such meetings play an important role in fostering students’ future development and motivation.
During the session, Mr. Vasif Eyvazzade provided detailed insights into the requirements of the modern labor market, the main stages of career planning, personal branding, and the concept of life design. He also shared valuable recommendations on identifying individual potential, building purposeful development strategies, and adopting effective approaches to career-oriented decision-making.
The event continued in an interactive discussion and Q&A format, where students asked questions on topics of interest and received practical advice from the expert.
