A seminar for students on “Emotional Burnout”

A seminar for students on “Emotional Burnout”
  • 10 Oct 2025

At the initiative of the University’s Career and Training Center, the university psychologist organized a seminar for two groups of students on “Emotional Burnout”. During the event, the psychologist provided detailed information about the impact of emotional burnout on work and academic life, its causes, and symptoms. Students participated in interactive sessions, sharing their personal experiences and discussing real-life situations.

At the end of the seminar, participants engaged in a mindfulness practice, where they learned focus and stress management techniques. The event was met with great interest among students, and it was noted that similar practical seminars on psychological well-being and mental health will continue to be organized.

This initiative plays an important role in promoting mental wellness, well-being, and mindfulness, while also contributing to health education and raising public health awareness within the university community.

NOTE: Comprehensive mental health and well-being services—such as free counseling, stress management workshops, and mindfulness programs—are offered to all students, with strong encouragement for those in the lowest 20% of household income to take part.
