January 26 - International Day of Clean Energy.
The main purpose of celebrating this special day is to emphasize the importance of using renewable energy sources for combating climate change, reducing carbon emissions, and transitioning to sustainable energy. Significant efforts are also being made in our country to transition to clean energy and implement green technologies. Expanding green energy production is among our national priorities for socio-economic development until 2030, with a goal set to increase the share of renewable energy sources in electricity production capacity to 30% by the end of the decade.

International Day of Clean Energy holds particular significance in many countries in alignment with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goal 7: "Affordable and Clean Energy." This goal aims to ensure universal access to affordable, reliable, sustainable, and modern energy sources.
